Meta requires advertisers to accept Several different Terms of Service (TOS). If you run into any permission errors when for example creating custom audiences or web custom audiences, it’s good to check that you have accepted all of different TOS.

Accept Meta ToS

1. Log in to the Meta Business Manager.
2. Log in to Smartly as the account authorizer.
3. On the Smartly Home page, click Accounts.
4. Select the Meta account ID and press Ctrl/Cmd+C to copy it to the clipboard.
5. In the following URLs, paste the account ID into the URL and press Enter:

   • Meta Business Tools Data: https://business.facebook.com/customaudiences/app/tos?act=ACCOUNT_ID

6. On each page, accept the Terms of Service.
