The Default Facebook pixel is the one that is selected in the account settings as Use by default. Facebook Pixels selected as track by default will gather conversions for all of the campaigns on the account. The changes take place if the campaigns are edited, or new ads are created.
Don't forget to save the pixel changes by clicking Save Facebook pixel changes.
