You can use account libraries to organize assets per ad account as well as restrict user access to assets. Your assets are automatically grouped into account libraries based on the ad account under which the asset was initially created.
You can copy assets from one account library to another. (You can't move them, however, to make sure that assets in active campaigns remain available.)
With Pinterest, when you add Pins to boards, they are stored in the Files company library as assets that can be used across other platforms.
User access to libraries
Users can access these libraries as follows:
- All users in your company can view the Files company library. All the access rights cannot be restricted.
- Users can view the account libraries of those Facebook ad accounts that they have access rights to.
If you have sensitive assets that must be shared only with a limited number of people, consider whether you want to use a restricted-access account library for them instead of storing them in the company library.
Examples of user access to libraries
The table below illustrates how access rights could be set up for a few example users. All of these users can view the Files company library, and those who have access to Facebook ad accounts can access the corresponding account libraries in Smartly.io.

Enabling general access to account libraries
If needed, you can make an account library visible to all users in the company that the ad account belongs to. This requires admin level access rights to the company. To allow general access to the account library, select the account library, and enable the General access setting on the left-hand pane.
