When you access the Smartly.io Asset Library, found in the Library tab in the top level navigation, you will notice different libraries that are created automatically for you: a company library and account libraries. You will have access to the company library and additionally the account libraries to which you have been granted access.
The company library is visible to everyone in your company. The company library has the same name as your company. All the access rights cannot be restricted. We recommend that you do not store sensitive assets that need to be shared only with a limited number of people into the company library.
Account libraries are visible to users who have access to the corresponding Facebook ad account. Access is controlled through Facebook authentication, which means that only users who have access to a Facebook ad account will have access to its corresponding account library in Smartly.io.
In the example above, Smartly.io (main company) is the company library. All other libraries are account libraries – in this case, there is one account library, Smartly.io Inbound.
Let’s walk through an example.

For Pinterest users, if you add pins to one of your boards, they will be stored under the Company Library as assets that can be used across other channels.
General access
If you want to make an account library visible to anyone in the company, company admins can do that by enabling General Access. If General Access is enabled, all account libraries will be visible to all users within the company. The General Access setting is only visible to company admins.
