If you wish to terminate your contract with Smartly.io, please contact your Customer Success Manager to cancel your subscription. You do not need to remove your ad accounts one by one from Smartly.io, but you can remove your Smartly.io authorization in Facebook. This will remove our access to your Facebook advertiser data.
When ending your Smartly.io subscription, here are some considerations to keep in mind:
- Audiences created in Smartly.io will be available in Ads Manager.
- Campaigns created in Smartly.io will continue running in Ads Manager, but some of the editing capabilities are limited in Ads Manager. You might have to relaunch those campaigns from Ads Manager.
- Smartly.io optimization features (Predictive Budget Allocation, Budget Pools, Ad Rotation, Bid Optimization, Triggers, and so on) will no longer run.
- Smartly.io automation features (Automated Ads, Video Templates, and so on) will no longer update.
