There can be several different cases where the account settings are not correct either in Smartly.io or in Snapchat Business manager settings.
Smartly.io will gather this information to the accounts page and show either warning or error based on the severity of the issues. The error and warning will be shown as an icon in front of account name. More detailed information can be found by hovering mouse over the icon.
Error is stating that there is a critical issue and there should be an action before everything works as expected. Example of an error is that, account authentication has expired and Smartly tool is not able to do any updates to Snapchat.
Warnings informs that some actions done in Smartly might not work and can cause errors, but some parts of the snapchat product still works as expected. Example of a warning could be that Ad Account authoriser does not have access to a catalog used in the ad account.
If the error or warning should be fixed within Smartly tool, there will be a link in the pop up to correct place in the tool.
