Creating an Automated App Ad Campaign
Creating a new campaign starts by clicking the Create > New Campaign button in the Campaigns view.
After you click the New Campaign button a new window will appear where you can select the Regular Campaign to be able to create an Automated App Ads Campaigns
Chose App install as your Campaign Objective and then select as Smart Promotion Type Automated App Ads.
On Audience level can only choose either County or Languages. Further targetings are currently not allowed by Facebook. Please note that you can only create 1 Adset for AAA Campaigns
On Creative level you can upload up to 50 unique images or videos, up to 5 primary text options and up to 5 headlines.The Ad type is similar to a Dynamic Creation Optimization Ad, Facebook will dynamically test and deliver the best performing combination.
Ways to automate Creative Assets with AAA Campaigns
Automated App Ads are not available in Automated Ads currently, but you are still able to leverage Smartly.io's Creative Solutions.You can use our Video Templates and Image Templates to produce beautifully effective ads at scale, and then from there you can either export the assets or add them directly to your asset library in Smartly. If you are in Campaign Creation, you can add on the Creative level with 1 click several image and video assets to your campaign.
Automated App Ads only support 1 Adset and 1 Ad
AAA only support App Store, Country, and Language targeting
Ads can have not more than 50 unique images or videos, up to 5 primary text options and up to 5 headlines.
